BuildACommunity.com provides free email and forum support for one year. This service is included at no extra cost. After one year, there is a cost - equivalent to 30% of the then current price of our software - to receive technical support (and upgrades) for another year. Technical support can include simply answering questions, or if necessary logging in to your server to investigate and repair simple problems.

Tech support does not cover problems arising from attempts by the client to modify source code.

Please note that while the 30% renewal fee is optional, if you fail to renew for 1 or more years then in order to start receiving technical support or upgrades again you would need to re-license the software at the full cost.

We have gone to great lengths to document our software thoroughly. You will find step by step instructions on how to manage our various software components, as well as how to use them on the front end. We feel it is important to understand both completely in order to use the software to its fullest capabilities and to be able to help your users to understand as well.
